The mix behind the method.
I'm Dennis Daniels. Over more than twenty-five years I've been a classroom teacher, a university lecturer, a corporate trainer, an IT salesperson, and Partner in international hotel representation firm Onlink Services. Today, I coach executives and advise leadership teams at dgdedge.
That mix is why my coaching is practical and people-first. I know how people learn, how deals get done, and what a decision costs when you're the one accountable for it. I work with executives who are already good at their jobs and want to get sharper — in judgment, in communication, and under pressure.

Putting AI to work.
Everyone talks about AI. How many executives actually use it to reduce their own cognitive load? How many of their colleagues are still doing by hand what a machine, given a specific goal, could finish in a fraction of the time?
The gap isn't access to the tools. It's knowing which work to hand over, how to state the goal clearly, and how to check what comes back. That's a judgment skill, and it's one I work on with executives and their teams.
